Pros: We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! Our room was perfect, with nice furniture and plenty of room in the closet. The hand painted tiles in the floor made it so cheerful and unique. Michelle from Reservations was extremely helpful in giving us information on how to travel from Naples by train and on how to find the hotel once that we arrived in Sorrento. Mario and Pepe at the Reception were always helpful and happy to provide us with all the necessary information to visit Capri and Sorrento. The outdoor pool is located in a very nice setting, surrounded by flowers. The same with the breakfast area. Great food. We would be very happy to come here again and stay again at this beautiful Hotel.

Pros: 2nd time staying in this beautiful hotel, loved it. Very clean, staff are great and very helpful and best breakfast.

Pros: It was described as a 5 star hotel I don't know acording to which standards, because I will not have given it more then 1 and a half star, the view is amazing and the gardens are beautiful the service was fine but the hotel has not been updated in years I know it's protected because of its famous designer and architect but the comfort meaning furniture and amenities are not up to any standards that makes it 5 stars. The Towels and bed linen where not soft or smelled fresh the room products where mediocre and the breakfast was stail and not impressive. Will not recommend it.
Cons: Sorry Parci de Principi but you have a lot to work to do to be 5 stars.

Pros: Beautiful dining room overlooks the water. Breakfast buffet, included, is ample and delicious. I get a cappuccino and a pot of coffee every morning because they do both so well. Dinners here are awesome! The room is large, with beautiful modern design tile floors. I'm told each room has a different tile pattern. Balconies face either the park or the ocean--you can't go wrong.
Cons: I almost always have a complaint or two but this time . . . I got nothin'

Pros: Stay was perfect! First night had noisy neighbors but next day was changed to a quiet room. Good a/c n internet. Breakfast was outstanding! Dinner offered at hotel really good n reasonably priced! Staff was super!

Pros: Clean rooms, most comfortable bed in Italy (that's saying a lot). Pool area was huge - free breakfast was great, staff was professional and very helpful, there was free parking across the street. It was also close enough to the town, but far enough that it wasn't too noisy.
Cons: This has nothing to with the hotel, but there were a lot of families there. A lot of screaming kids and a lot of splashing in the pool. This hotel is not an adult experience.
