Pros (+) One redeeming quality of this hotel was the staff. They were helpful and kind. During lunch and dinner, the servers were kind and fairly fast with getting drinks.
Cons (-) Almost everything about this hotel is sketchy. For starters, you can tell this used to be a nice hotel, but it has fallen into disrepair. There WAS an ocean-level patio for getting sun and enjoying the water, but it has literally fallen into the ocean.
