The best things about this hotel are the location and breakfast. The hotel is clean and well managed with amazing staff. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are rooms to improve the services and facilities, however overall I am satisfied with the service and staff.

The hotel is clean and well managed with amazing staff. Nice clean rooms with good TV, hot water boiler, iron etc. The room was classic and quiet. The lobby and other facilities are good, but when arrived the room was dirty; after asking to make it better it was not really improved so after 2 days I decided to complain with Agoda customer care; after that the room was cleaned properly and I had a good stay.

The A la Carte menu and facilities at the restaurant were not good. The AC was not working well, too hot in the room. The hotel kinda old building, with classic design, suitable for you who looking for place to stay and eat. Many restaurant nearby, strategic place. The hotel is missing a charging station or USB or multinational socket plug, however it is clean and simple with good location to eat and walk.

All the staff are super friendly especially as we stayed 10 days, therefore we got to know security, house staff and management. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The staff are helpful. Just need to clean the room often as it smells of dust and humidity.
