Continental breakfast - Delicious Very spacious room
Parking I waited at least 25 minutes for my car while my companion got the her car in 5 minutes
Valet parking was a nightmare. It took over a half hour to get our car out. Rooms weren't ready for check in. We had to wait until 6pm. Then they would not extend check out past 11:00 am. AC was broken and made noise all night. Emailed resort after with no response. This used to be a great facility but it has gone downhill. At least they can't screw up location.
The location is excellent, right across the street from Harrah's, on the California side of stateline. The room was spacious. And the bed was comfortable. The free daily breakfast buffet is pretty good and a nice perk.
As a clear cash grab, they only offer valet parking at $19/day. The only other option they offer is parking 2 blocks away in public lot. They're also engaging in the, unfortunately common, practice of being disingenuous about the room rate by tacking on a $24 per night resort fee which will apparently be increasing to $34 per night in August 2019.
NOT having a dead baby cockroach surrounded by pubic hairs in the corner of the bathroom would have been better.
We love this hotel! The location is amazing for skiing - right by the gondola. My kids love the hot tub and pool, happy hour with free soda and snacks, and buffet breakfast. The staff are always nice and helpful. We keep coming back and will keep doing so!
Free breakfast bested my expectations. Location was perfect. Price was right.
Hot tub was murky. Kids without supervision in the pool. Breakfast was only served until 10:30
Tahoe or bust!
All around agreeable
Unaccompanied kids in pool
Good value for the price
The staff I've encountered were very nice. The free breakfast was great and better than just a continental breakfast so I was happy. Bed was comfy. Room decent sized and definitely a good value. Excellent location. Walkable to Heavenly and right across a tiny street from Stateline casinos.
Slow wifi. Carpet seemed a little dirty in some spots. Room didn't have great lighting. The restaurant was hit or miss. Thin walls.
Great for a family ski vacation
Hot tub, free breakfast, spacious rooms.
Slow / unreliable internet, especially during busy weekends.
Awesome free hot breakfast
The free breakfast
The overly expensive room service
All was good
Clean and nice. Was impressed with service and the people
Nothing. They did a great job!
Free hot breakfast.
room felt dirty. My daughters feet were dirty on the bottom after walking on the carpet.
That the valet parking was $25 a day even if you stayed at the hotel
It's excellent room size and above average breakfast buffet, relative to the price being charged. It's location is conveniently located in South Lake Tahoe town centre, but yet is quiet.
Valet parking was $25/night whilst it's free next door at Harrahs. Parking should be free and a minimum valet tip should be imposed instead.
The hotel met all our requirements. It was clean and comfortable and very close to all amenities. We would certainly stay there again.
We had no complaints.
I liked the location and that it had a wine reception and and a breakfast and I liked the service at the bar and the food areas.
The breakfast lines were long and I think that the layout to get the food, plates, drinks etc. could have been better. It was kind of all over the place and not efficiently laid out although the staff was there to help which was nice.
Concierge staff in particlar (morgan) excellent very friendly and knowledgable. breakfast good as well. i liked the location close to everything. local hotel restaurant was great value and good food.
front desk staff not as friendly as rest of staff. bit crowded at managers reception otherwise great. no soy milk available for lactose intolerants.
perfect for skiing. relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. rooms extremely comfortable
The hotel is great..center of town, staff is very accommodating.
