Pros:The pool was nice
Cons:The beds the spa the elevators the building and pretty much the whole thing
Cons:Ac was a little hot in room
Pros:We liked the easy access to the beach, the pool area and the short distance to local attractions.
Cons:Room had a pervasive, funky smell. The consistently high humidity is likely to blame more than a lack of maintenance however. The facilities were generally in good repair, especially considering we were there in the shoulder season.
Pros:The resort was very clean and the staff very friendly. Great pool & location to the beach. The place was great
Cons:The day we left the elevator broke but one of their wonderful staff helped us down with our luggage.The boardwalk going out to the beach seems to need some work with all of the wood breaking up. People could get splinters if they don't wear their shoes.
Pros:Very quiet and really nice everywhere
Pros:It was right on the beach, and the pool was nice (albeit much smaller than it looked in the website pictures).
Cons:The hotel was under renovations. The front desk was hard to find and in what appeared to be an administrative office. The building we stayed in smelled like paint and was unfinished. The restaurant staff were very incompetent.
Cons:The pictures on the Internet are misleading. We had no idea where to park or where the front desk was because it was under construction and there were no signs to direct us. Also, we were forced to wear wristbands like we were spring breakers which was insulting. We discovered a condom on the floor in our room and the sheets were dirty. Needless to say, cancelled our reservation and did not stay here. rhis place papered to be managed by people who obviously do not know what they are doing.
Pros:Good location and good pool
Cons:There was major construction going on that we were not aware of. Traveling with a baby, quiet nap times is crucial and the construction plus late night music by the pool (not from guests, but from the resort itself) made our stay more stressful. There were no amenities, the restaurant was a joke, we were pushed into attending a time share presentation (which we declined), there were stains on the sheets, what looked like blood stains on the couches and comforter, the maids routinely came by when our "do not disturb" sign was on the door, waking our 8 month old baby, the only parking was several hundred feet away from the hotel in a dark parking lot, and the "spa" was a joke. This is not a place I would stay at again, even with a discount. I was very disappointed, especially as this hotel is advertised as a luxury resort. It is nothing of th sort.
Pros:Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean
Cons:One of the Jacuzzis was not working properly and there was construction going on during my visit which wasn't a very pretty sight.
