The owners of the hotel were very hospitable and I enjoyed meeting them.
My toilet did not work and my floor was very dirty. The internet did not work either. However, I am very flexible and did not mind these small inconvieniences once settled.
The hotel is close enough to the beach and to the old town, although the street is a bit noisy. The staff tried to find solutions to our problems. Nice view from the public terrace situated at the top floor.
The double rooms were advertised as having air conditioning, however we were accommodated in a room without air conditioning. After complaining, we were given a broken fan instead. From the temperature point of view, it was a nightmare at over 30 degrees Celsius in the room. The bathroom had no proper ventilation, tiles were missing in the walls. There was no soap in the bathroom, which I don't find acceptable in a hotel which is advertised as 3* stars. Breakfast was very poor, it consisted of two pieces of toast, a small piece of cheese, a small portion of jam and the choice of either coffee or tea. The payment by credit card failed due to the POS, so we had to pay cash.
Friendly and helpful owners/staff, good size bedroom with a big balcony and a big bathroom, also high ceilings. And they have black tea offered in huge cups! Good value for money.
No parking facility as the hotel is located on a main street. Matresses were a bit too soft and bouncy for me, being a person with back and neck problems. No bath-towel was provided, only face towels were there, one of them which had huge rust marks on it, and was not changed during the 3 nights we stayed there. However hotel is kept clean overall, which is what I expect of basic accomodation anyway.
Excellent location, close to both beaches and the old town. The owners are nice people. The room was very spacious with a sea view balcony.
The hotel in very close to the Central Beach ( 3 min ) , and from superior level (2 and 3 floor) you can see the most beautiful view of Sozopol bay.The owners are very nice peoples and they try to fixed all the problems you have. You can eat hear very good traditional bulgarian food.
The hotel is close to the Old Town, and very convenient for tourists. Arrival by car is a problem because of the busy main street. Location is easy to find. We enjoyed our stay.
