Clean room, friendly staff
New windows would cut down on draft and keep street noise away
The room was clean with a good up to date bathroom and contained everything we needed. The staff were very friendly
A real shame we were not able to get any food after 8pm having travelled up from London - even calling in advance we were not offered any option on this
A large airy room with a view of the sea on top of a busy pub with friendly locals and a good band on !
clean and friendly with a warm atmosphere also very helpful with guidance to areas of the town and best locations for eating
having to leave
the friendly staff and also the friendly locals in the main bar breakfast very good,
The Staff was accommodating.
Do not stay during friday or saturday nights as there is a pub with live music until late in the evening right below the rooms. Very loud.
The room was new and the bathroom was big. This is not a hotel - it is a pub.
Check in was at the bar of a very active pub. You then had to leave the pub, go outside and open a separate door with a key to get into the room. This was ok because the weather was fine but had it been raining it would have been a problem. On Saturday night they had a live band which plays until 1am. We were in a 'family' room right next door and could not sleep - not good. I mentioned this to the publican and he said it mentions on the website that they are a busy pub - they are. Breakfast was inedible.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
