    The evening staff was very courteous, and the location was fairly decent if you didn't mind driving a tiny bit.

    The day and night staff were irritating, and not the brightest. The night attendant tried to tell me that the bedside lamp and the phone didn't work b/c someone unplugged them. When I told her this was not the case. She then casually swept it off. The 1st morning i woke up and had a tick on my ankle. I upped it to it being attached to my shoe or something. However, through out our stay both my fiance and I ended up with a copious amount of bug bites.The jacuzzi sweet had no real shower which I have never run into before, nor did I see when booking. In addition we were locked in our room for a good twenty minutes bc the plate on the door wasn't fastened causing the door to bind. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to get both in AND out of our room. I informed two, count them TWO attendance about this problem and nothing was done. It was our romantic weekend to get away for me to propose, and we ended up just bailing on the room except to sleep in.
