Pros (+) Affordable basic rooms within walking distance of downtown. Someone always at the front desk, having discounted tickets to the hot springs across the street was a nice surprise.
Cons (-) For it being an affordable basic hotel not much. When we travel we only plan on sleeping in the room.

Pros (+) The location is excellent; right on the free bus line to the slopes and easy walking distance to restaurants.
Cons (-) We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. This time I felt the staff was particularly unfriendly. The housekeeping staff was actually rude.

Pros (+) Location was good and bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Had a noisy air-conditioner and did not have good sound insulation. I could hear the guy next door talking until he went to bed and then as soon as he woke up.

Pros (+) Nice place to stay. You can walk to anyplace in town for great food, shopping and entertainment. Quite, clean, and friendly. We loved the view of the Yampa river. We can't wait to come back.
