Cons (-) Our room (number 2??) was in the 1st level of a building far away from the reception, restaurant and hotel entrance. To reach it you have to climb a very steep staircase with very high steps. For someone over 70 this is a big inconvenience. In fact, it seems this no place for people with walking difficulties.
