Pros (+) First time visiting Stockholm and I can not be more pleased with my stay. Clean facilities, excellent location, and a warm and welcoming staff makes this one of, if not the best experiences I've had with hotel amenities and personnel. I will definitely be staying here during my next visit and highly reccomend it to anyone that will be visiting Stockholm's city center.

Cons (-) I have booked this hotel in a hurry and relied on rating. This stay was a huge disappointment.(considering I payed $150+ per night) First of all self check in app did not work and we had to stay in line to be checked in by a person - which took a bit of time. Only one windowless room was available. We were proposed to upgrade by paying extra 150. We declined. After check in we were shown downstair...

Pros (+) Really clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and wifi good. Also lots of charge options...the USB plugs were nicer to have than I thought it would be.
Cons (-) It's not a deal breaker but it could get frustrating using my computer in my room since there's no desk or chair.
