Hotel is new and nice. It's close to a few nice restaurants. The staff was okay. My rental car was broken into and golf bags stolen. Security wasn't very helpful. The hotel barely said they were sorry. The police told me it happens frequently.

Beautiful 180 degree view of commencement bay and Mt Rainier from the Patron Suite. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. Small fridge and a wine fridge. 2 bathrooms. The lobby bar was nice and there was art all over the hotel. Would recommend.

Pros (+) We got in late and tired and Sasha from front desk greeted us with great energy and her service was top notch. She was very understanding and helpful with our needs. Quick check in and quick check out, it was smooth and easy.
Cons (-) The only thing I can think of is the super thin toilet papers.....wished it was a tad better quality ;)

Pros (+) Excellent service from the valet, front desk staff, and even an engineer who had to come set up our television for us. The nicest hotel in Tacoma, and not a bad walk home from the Tacoma Dome after Lucky. Would stay there again for any events in Tacoma.

Pros (+) Modern decor, great pricing on rooms. Probably the best hotel in Tacoma.
Cons (-) Walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Trains are loud in the middle of the night. The chair in our room was pretty damaged looking. The faux leather was peeling off the back of the seat. It definitely needed to be replaced.

Pros (+) The feel, the professionalism of the staff, the beauty of the hotel. I enjoyed the artwork.
Cons (-) I'd really prefer not to pay for parking, but it wasn't a horribly high rate either.
