Pros (+) Very close to Tainan Station, used it to sleep after a late arrival from HSR.
Cons (-) It’s not easy to spot where is the lobby at first due to lack of signs. I had yo ask the building staff to tell me how to go (it’s the elevators on your left and go to 3rd floor)
