Good value
Great staff. Helped call cab companies when I lost my phone. Hotel is nice but old, room smelled musty. Booked a triple specifically because it said 3 beds and when we arrived they offered us a double + twin which didn't work for us 3 adults (double beds in Asia are VERY small). I showed them my confirmation which specifically said 3 twin beds, so they finally put us in a room with 2 twin beds + a rollaway twin. They were helpful but would have preferred to get what I booked in the first place. Not sure if this is the hotel's fault or Kayak's (who I booked through).

The hotel has no gym and the staff cannot find one for daily rate access Otherwise very good
