Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's onsen facilities, both public and private, as well as the unique amenities such as complimentary snacks, yukatas, and special touches throughout the stay. The location, especially for access to Kamikochi National Park, was also highlighted positively. However, several guests felt the value for price was lacking, with high costs not always matching expectations, and some noted issues with service, cleanliness, and breakfast variety. Overall, the atmosphere and amenities stood out as the main positives.AI-Generated from customer reviews
