Pros:Melissa is the epitome of what customer service should be

Pros:I thought the staff is very nice and the aesthetic of the place is absolutely gorgeous everything in the room was clean but I can tell it did need a little sweeping. It was an easy bed to sleep on, and very thin covers. Which is good for Florida since it’s always so hot! The staff was super friendly and easy check in!
Cons:Honestly I just am so upset I didn’t have a chance to try out the pool, it looked AWESOME.
Pros:Great place, the rooms were really nice and well kept

Pros:Nice staff. Very clean.
Cons:Very old facility but remodeled nicely. Had some problems with some electric outlets and the main floor lamp not functional. We learned that id we got to the Breakfast buffet after 8:30 AM we may not have some of the food items and they would tell us there "was not enough time left to prepare more food". It is unusual for a hotel to advertise a breakfast service until 9AM but run out well before the advertised time. This was a daily occurrence. We were there for 4 days and saw several upset guests whenever we were present after 8:45AM. No elevator ... I have a knee replacement and had difficulty carrying luggage upstairs.
Pros:Room was very nice. Facilities were clean. was amazed at the amenities. Very good deal for the price.
Cons:Desk manager was snooty. Given a room with beds that looked like twin beds definitely not full size. Bed was too hard. Refrigerator was turned off when we arrived in room. Asked for a handicap accessible room because I have knee braces. Was informed they didn't have one even though I booked 5 days in advance...and there is no elevators so I had to try to maneuver up the steep stairs in my braces which was not only difficult but painful.
Pros:The hotel was great it was just an overnight type deal but the bed was comfortable, everything was clean.
Cons:It's not so much of what I didn't like but just why wasn't the security deposit mentioned on the kayak site. Maybe I missed it. Idk but I'm still waiting for it to be refunded back to my card. All and all great hotel to stay at will return soon.
Pros:Everything was clean Breakfast was delicious and so much more than expected Pool area was very nice, fun, clean, luxurious Hotel staff handled themselves very well dealing with a system being down and hot tempered guests all needs satisfied
