Pros (+) Love the location, front desk, and bar staff. Robes are nice.
Cons (-) Over the years, this place has gone downhill. Stains on the carpets and furniture, and this stay my shower curtain was coming down, there was literally a dirty sock left in the room, and I found long hairs on the carpet.

Pros (+) The room was incredible. Booked through world of Hyatt. For $120 I was given a luxury suite on the 11th floor with 1.5 baths and about 1100 sq feet of space. Full living room, office, walk-in closet, comfortable kind bed. Felt luxurious. I really appreciated the hotel upgrade.

Pros (+) We just came back from a cruise on Norwegian Dawn and wanted a day to unwind and take a late flight on Tuesday. We added a late 4 pm checkout and ate 4 meals at the restaurants at the Hyatt. Wonderful place! We will be back for and extended vacation!

Pros (+) Very friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. We were traveling with our small dog and they welcomed her throughout. Had an appointment at Moffitt Hospital at USF campus and the staff was most helpful in directions and getting us there on time. Room service food was also good. Would recommend.
Cons (-) Ceramic coffee cups would be a welcome addition

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was pretty and the boardwalks were scenic.
Cons (-) Our shower fixture was broken but still usable. I let the staff know when we checked out about the issue.
