Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport, shopping malls, and restaurants. The staff were frequently described as friendly and accommodating, and several guests appreciated the early check-in and efficient shuttle service. However, some guests were disappointed by ongoing renovations, which led to noise and closure of amenities like the pool and gym. Cleanliness issues and lack of certain in-room amenities were also mentioned. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, while renovations and cleanliness were areas of concern.AI-Generated from customer reviews
