Cons:No shower curtain, shower head broken ,room keys kept getting demagnetized.
Pros:I booked this hotel sight unseen based on the reviews. I have to add my good review to this boutique hotel. The hotel is 1 floor of an apartment building, so don't expect a typical hotel experience. That being said, if you want a comfortable room with a kitchenette located in the middle of everything in Tel Aviv, this is definitely the place to stay. As the previous reviewers stated, the Wifi is very good (the staff even sent me a link to see the broadband speed test), the room is clean and comfortable, and the a/c is cold. I can't say enough about how great and responsive management is (email works almost as quick as a phone call). Because this is a boutique hotel, it does not offer family style amenities. Not that that's a bad thing, as I don't see a need to pay for something I wouldn't use. So a low rating on facilities shouldn't be taken as terrible, just non-existent.
