Pros (+) Historic decorations reflecting cinema origins. Nice included breakfast. Great location in the center of Dizengoff. Nice happy hour snacks. Nice views from 4th floor rooftop bar/balcony.
Cons (-) tight spaces in room and bathroom. difficult taxi/auto access for pickup and dropoff.
