i can't say that something like very much.
it could be more cleanliness
Good location, excellent breakfast, attentive service
Both you and hotel web site should have advertised that hotel was under construction. When we arrived they did not have our reservation but did honor it -- only initially guaranteed the first night (staying 1 week). Subsequently the hotel proceeded to hound me until I returned to the front desk with my cc to guarantee the rest of the stay -- phone message, letter under my door, 2 phone calls 10 minutes apart. The reason I hadn't responded is that we had been out of town for the day.
The breakfast was very good.
Reception staff charging us in full and in advance on our arrival for our one week stay. Carpets in our room not clean / hoovered when we arrived. Tired, worn decor of the room. Renovations being carried out caused noise and dust especially in pool area and reception areas. we were not pre-warned of renovation work
Location was good for City and Jaffa
Temporary reception due to buiding works which resulted in delays in service. Building works also precluded use of reception lobby bar area
The bed was very comfortable and the proximity to the sea and Jaffa was a big advantage. The shower was lovely but it was not easy to clamber in and out of the bath even for me and I am a young 54. The Carmel lounge was a great facility to have.
Some of the staff were surly and did not go out of their way to help. as an example, I arrived, on my own and stood for ages at the housekeeper's desk and, due to a temporary reception being in place as the main reception area was being refurbished, none of the staff came over to ask if they could help or to point out that in fact I needed to go to the other desk to book in even though not that busy. Also, they had no record of my booking and luckily I had a copy of the booking form with the reference number etc. They booked me in for one night until they could talk to the booking agent the following day to sort things out. The same happened to some friends who were also staying at the hotel and arrived the following day. Not a good start.
Excellent breakfast, responsive dining room staff
Very rude waitress in lobby bar/lounge and very rude desk clerk at the reception desk. Very plain accomodations
Very good location directly at the Mediterranian Sea in the South of Tel Aviv; good connection to Highways, Airport. Excellent Breakfast buffet.
Big size; rather unpersonal.
the hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very pleasant
The breakfast is excellent
Mirror in bathroom not for small person and bedroom could do with stronger lighting
Hotel is a bit out of town central area. Returning after 5 years the hotel looks a bit old fashioned in need of refurbishment
