Everything about my stay was lovely, except the weather 😂. Who goes to phoenix in late June?! The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the bed and pillows and slept so well.

Pros (+) Nice place.
Cons (-) After paying in full via kayak, they had additional "convince fee" of 45$ upon checking out, so getting blindsided by that is pretty tacky thing to do for a nicer place.

Pros (+) The location near the University was vibrant with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was also nice
Cons (-) For the price, we expected nicer rooms and services. The bathrooms are small, and rooms are a bit outdated. The recent carpet cleaning left a nauseating smell that made the stay uncomfortable.
