My particular room (single) was too compact, and the location of the sink by the entrance door while shower and toilet in a separate enclosure on the other side, inconvenienced. Poor sesign option.

My flight arrived late but they were very reassuring and woke up in the middle of the night to let me in.

Access to the hotel and room was difficult--up one and then another flight of steep stairs.
