Great location, View and room space
It has a great combination of the best location with an amazing View, extremely friendly and helpful staff (every single one of them) and a very nice size room.
There Is no elevator and the reception is on the first floor by stairs. Same story to go to the rooms on the second floor and the terrace where you can have your breakfast

The location! But please ask for the Caldera view. The breakfast delivered in the room. Access to their luxury partner hotel Arressana!
Way too expensive for the quality of the room. No renovation for the last 20 years...the bathroom was horrible.

The location is very convenient to tour around the Fira town. The shared porch is an ideal place to watch a sunset falling beind the vaolcano. The breakfast was enjoyable. But if would have been perfect if some fruits were offered.
The bathroom faucet was shaking. I don't understand why the hotel staff couldn't find a better time to fix it but wait until the afternoon when we have to stay in the room for friends to visit us.
