Pros:First off, the hotel looks nothing like the images. The staff is friendly. They are pretty good with English. Which is great cause I speak no Spanish. There is a complimentary breakfast included. Pet friendly.
Cons:We were in a junior suite. The room was ok. Our outlets were not working. So there was no charging of devices. The hotel is set up like a cruise ship, where you have to have your room key in order to get electricity to your room. When you check in, you are given two remotes. One is for your air conditioning and the other is for the tv. Our shower head was rusty and the water tasted of salt. One night, there were these incredibly loud females who were obnoxious and stomped around and were laughing at incredible decibels.
