Pros:The staff is friendly and the floor with the reception is clean. The place is pretty cheap too. There wasn't much in the area but it is a 10 min walk to the hibiya line.
Cons:The place is dirty, loud, and the kitchen was the bathroom area since there was no other sink. I woke up at 4am to what sounded like a child running back and forth in a hall repeatedly. The next night I woke up at 4am to someone vomiting. And then woke up at 8am to someone fiddling with plastic bags for an hour to take out the trash. There was some weird stuff on my wall which looked like old vomit. The shower area smelled like a wet dog.
