No waste here - you will find no lush common areas or anything extravagant. Cons (-) They could improve their room service options. Also, while I understand the target market is mainly locals, they should aim to hire staff with a bit more foreign language proficiency. This would be fair - people who go through the trouble of learning a foreign language should be rewarded with a good job at APA.

Pros (+) VERY close to subway station that will switch from subway/train (No change of train) to get you to/from NRT for about $12. (as long as you don't pick rush hours there is plenty of room for you to hold your luggage near you).
