Impeccable and close to subways
Close to multiple subway lines, convenient for exploring various Tokyo neighborhoods. Impeccably clean. Staff was excellent and helpful.
Our room was extremely small, although they may not all be the same. I know it's Tokyo but it was hard for the two of us to share this space... It worked out though as we spent most of our tie outside ;)

Not great, but acceptable for the price.
As others have stated, it was a relatively cheap place to stay near several subway stations. Not particularly noisy, and plenty of quality dining options if you're willing to walk a few blocks. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.
There's only one elevator, which is pretty slow and used frequently. It can get rather annoying in the morning when you're trying to leave for the day, and it takes ten minutes just to get downstairs. Maid service was also pretty poor. You could tell they weren't doing anything other than emptying the trash most days, and sometimes they neglected to do even that. They also have a tendency to start banging on doors around 9am, even though checkout is not until 11am. That got pretty old when I was trying to sleep in on the weekends. Even if I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door, it's not particularly hard to hear them banging around in the hallway or neighboring rooms.

Great Place for a Short Stay
I booked a room at this hotel last minute. I got what I felt was a great price for a last minute booking in Tokyo during the New Year Holiday. All I really needed a room for was a place to sleep, keep my stuff, and change clothes. For this, the room was perfect. A convenience store is nearby as is a grocery store as well as a variety of eating establishments. Not too far from Higashi Nipponbashi Station.
The room was super tiny. No real place for my bags and me. I'm glad I did not bring a big suitcase, just a couple of carry on bags. No closet, just a couple of hooks on the wall. Bath tub is deep, but not very long.

“This hotel has a very good location. There are 2 metro stops about 3 min walking from the hotel. It is very easy to get to any other part of Tokyo from here. The room was very clean. It had hot water, kettle (excellent for tea or ramen), all the necessary amenities. Also, the hotel has washing and drying machine and a microwave. The breakfast is totally worth it!”
