The location was relatively near to the train station.
The staff did not speak very go English but was very helpful.

Location was in central city. Easy access to train station and other means of transport to other areas. Polite and helpful staff.
I fou9nd the room rather small, but understand that space is a premium in Japan.

the room is really too constrained... but maybe it's just Tokyo..

Hotel Staff specially Front Office Staffs was very cooperative. Mr. Noaki Masuoka was really very kind and cooperative. If, in future there will any trip to Tokyo, I shall prefer to stay Hotel Grand City.
I stayed in a single bed room. It was well equipped but room and Bath room size was too small. I was muslim but it ws difficult for me to take Breakfast because no Halal eatable items were availabel there except Orange Juice.
