Pros (+) Very warm, friendly and serviable staff. Hotel is best to many means of transit, so you can get to practically anywhere. Wifi is pleasantly fast and the complimentary coffees are welcomed.

Pros (+) Amenities were great, loved the large beds, easy check in and checkout, great view of tokyo tower, very close to station
Cons (-) Hallways are uncovered, when you step out of your room youre outside in the cold. I prefer staying in hotels that are completely indoor.
