Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the high level of cleanliness throughout the property. Many reviews highlighted the relaxing and well-equipped bathrooms, with several mentioning features like onsen baths and quality amenities. The hotel's amenities and traditional-meets-modern atmosphere were also appreciated. However, a recurring negative was the location, which many found inconvenient or far from central Tokyo and public transport. Despite this, the overall guest experience was positive, especially for those seeking comfort and attentive service.
