Pros (+) Location was great right out of the Shinagawa Station, which allowed quick and easy access to the vast train and subway network of Tokyo. Do yourself a favor and get a PASMO card to make using this network quick and painless. Cons (-) Noisy, only smoking rooms available when I had made a reservation for a non-smoking room, there was not even an apology. Headache because of the smoky room, couldn't sleep, noisy customers. Quite miserable.
