Pros (+) This hotel is located in the tallest building in Tokyo and it offers incredible views of the city! The rooms are breathtaking and I have never experienced such incredible, all encompassing service. Cons (-) i had booked a non-smoking suite. the room had clearly been smoked in - an air purifier was by the bed when i got to the room. not cool at all. the fact that there are still smoking rooms that can be 'changed' into non-smoking? plus, had an issue with business card request. hotel itself is beautiful but dealing with unexpected issues not very good-especially for the price.
