Cons:Poor reception . Poor rooms. Internet is slowwwwww TV is boring It is OVER RATED HOTEL
Cons:Poor location. Some minor annoyances such as the room literature having the incorrect times that breakfast was served.
Cons:Avoid this hotel until the room as renovated. Paint is missing. Dirty furnitures. Don't sit on the sofa or you have to clean your clothes immediately. This hotel sounded like a nice deal. How disappointing. Need a complete renovation and avoid this place until every room is renovated. Staff was nice but they cannot change the fact that you have a horrible experience, a disgrace for a 4 star hotel.
Cons:I had been in email contact with staff at reception before my trip to ask some questions. Their reply was quick and helpful. That said, I sent a request for flowers and a birthday cake to be put in both rooms as it was a significant birthday. I'm still waiting for a reply. After 2 days at the hotel I showed the email to a member of staff and asked they deal with it. We received a pre printed card from all the staff, no flowers, no cake but a chocolate corn on the cob thing! No idea what that was about. Reception staff stock answer to local information was that they're not from Toronto so didn't know. Disappointed with the service. Didn't speak to management as it appeared I was speaking another language so gave up.
