Great location, clean and comfortable, great breakfast. Just a bit noisy poor insulation you can hear plumbing ie people taking their showers but overall a good place
The staff was very nice and professional. The location was really good, close to most amenities.
The vibe of the place is off because it is dark and the rooms are so, so small. The pictures of the room on this site are nice, but in all actuality, the rooms were too small for comfort. We didn’t even stay at this hotel for longer than an hour because the room wasn’t comfortable. There were windows, but facing inward and dark.
Felt like a dorm room
Clean nice and bed was comfortable
Room was very very small no chairs and could barely move around
Great location, good value, but small rooms
The hotel is located very close to all the downtown venues and Union Station for easy access. It is good value for money, but it is definitely a budget hotel, no frills. Kept very clean, and was adequate for a business stay by myself, but small size of room and lack of amenities would mean I wouldn't bring my family back.
Rooms are very clean and well kept, with nice white linens, but TINY. Almost brought me back to my university days, the rooms have a dorm room feel about them.
My go to Toronto
Everything. Friendly clean.
Prepaid then charged my account. Still waiting for it back.
Location and underground parking right next door. Very convenient. Staff were welcoming. Room size is small but great for a short stay. A great find in downtown TO considering other pricier options.
TV signal was VHS tape quality - inexplicably bad for a hotel at this price level and location!
Great value for money considering downtown location. Clean. Efficient check in and given a room upgrade.
Room is a bit small but adequate.
Booked a room with two double beds, checked in and given a room with only one bed, then told that there were no other rooms available and that even though we'd booked a room with two doubles on Kayak they wouldn't honor it because they only guarantee room type when booked on their website. The hotel was also incredibly noisy - we could hear every little thing on our floor all night.
Comfortable and great location
The overall hotel was cute and small. It was a great location to everything. We didnt have a car and it was close enough to walk, uber, or use the train to get to most of the thigs we wanted to do and see.
The rooms were small. I wish there were higher floors with more of a city view. Also the tv was in a awkward location to watch. Breakfast was not included, which would have been nice since we stayed for so long.
the rooms are very small and parking is hard to find
Right in the Heart of Toronto
Walking across the street you could see CN Tower. Everything was in walking distance. Parking was reasonable and had many options. Safe and clean, overall nice place to stay for a reasonable price.
Great location for walking to attractions
Location Restaurant on sight has good reasonably priced breakfast Hardwood floors in rooms
Rooms are very small but clean
location is good
one of girl staff was not kind
Nicely updated and decorated. Wi-fi.
Comfortable bed, clean conditions.
Paper thin walls, next-door neighbor (511) loud talking on the phone at 4:20A.M., continued by loud TV, then his very loud laughter at TV movie at 5:00A.M. The lack of response from hotel staff to solve this situation. As I quickly left the hotel at 5:50a.m. to go elsewhere for sleep, the man next door was still loudly making his presence known. The night clerk seemed sympathetic, but unwilling/afraid to commit to any form of action.
Location was a key point since we walked to all shopping amenities and concerts.
The room was too small making it uncomfortable to move about. Three people stayed in the room. No fan in the bathroom. Not enough shelves in the bathroom. Too noisy.
Location is superb, rooms are basic but clean, the restaurant and bar are good and the internet comparitively cheap.
stayed in the "Executive" room and door hit the TV cabinet as i opened it. two people couldn't pass by end of the bed simultaneously as the room was so small. This would only be considered a large or executive room if you were a munchkin. Avoid
size of room was farcical
The location very good near all the main attractions
The price was perfect for my budget
small room and no fridge
the staff, location of the hotel
we were first given an old noisy room and we paid and reserved a premium room not a standard. We only found this out when we asked for a quieter room and got the room we reserved in the first place.
