Nice Hotel, great location
The location was very good... close to metro train station and shopping area. Staff was helpful. Buffet style dining was good.
The bed, while very much appreciated king size, the mattress could have been a little thicker and softer and the pillows a little more fluffier.

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Free wifi in lobby was so slow I was not even tempted to pay to use it in my room. After long layovers better arriving, all I wanted was to soak in a hot bath. Hotel has showers in rooms. Food varies from excellent to British.

Too noisy both from the street and in the hotel. Walls are too thin. Breakfast is nothing to brag about. We expect a better standard of a grand hotel.
