During these times of Covid the hotel staff did everything to maintain cleanliness in the hotel. Top marks.

Children running around the lounge/bar during the entertainment in the evening. However this was due to irresponsible parents.😣

I loved it from start...

Staff were fantastic from arrival to departure. Friendly, welcoming, firm with enforcing COVID rules. Food was amazing; plenty of options and really tasty!! One of the best all-inclusive meal plans I've experienced.

There is nothing that caused me any discomfort. I guess the gym could have been better kitted out. No free-weights.

My husband has mobility problems so we requested a room close to the dining room, but the room wr got really could not have been further away from the central amenities

We got a free upgrade to family room Personal was helpful and friendly and also was trying to do everything to make you happy. Lovely hotel, I also like to visit again. Sea was next to hotel, city centre was 10 minute walk. Always we found a place at pool cause there are 3 pools and they were never all crowded

Food was 3/5, everyday there was a food that was good but for me not fantastic. But it was okay. Only desserts was too much sweet and it wasnt my choice.
