The room and location to the beach. The band playing everyday WAS TOO LOUD to enjoy the pool or our stay. You could hear it in our room and we were far away. Bldg is under construction so no food was available. But there's plenty of restaurants close by. Band was good but way too loud. Wished the music was softer and played island music. I would not return if the sound level is not addressed

We were charged resort fee with our booking as well as at the resort. Kitchen closed for renovations. There was no food available. That should have been disclosed at the beginning of the reservation. We could have made other arrangements.

Pros (+) Will not ever stay there a again front desk were rude and would not help with my luggage I had to drag it up stairs

Pros (+) The Thunderbird is awesome. The rooms are nice, clean, cute, COOL (as in AC cool) and the property has everything you need for a stay at the beach. The location couldn't be better and the staff was wonderful. We needed to stay past check out time and they would've let us stay in our room as long as we wanted, but guests were coming in that had requested our specific room. They still let us stay on...
