Pros (+) The Viscount rooms, lobby and overall finish was dated and needed a refresh. Nothing was really worn out. Everything was clean. The room, for example, had two TVs but both were SD CRTs, no flat screens, no HD. The buffet breakfast was ok.

Cons (-) The in house restaurant had very poor service. after being completely ignored for 15 minutes I actually had to leave and go eat at another restaurant outside of the hotel.
