Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's service, frequently citing rude or unprofessional staff and poor customer care. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. The pool area received negative feedback due to limited hours, maintenance issues, and lack of towels. While a few guests appreciated aspects like location and breakfast, the overall experience was marred by these significant problems.AI-Generated from customer reviews
