The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The host at breakfast quickly learned what we liked to drink and brought them to us without us even having to order them!

Personel is freindly. No language problems, English is at a sufficient lever. Breakfast was OK.
Internet access is pour at some distance from lobby. In my room it was very pour. I could not connect to the nearest wi-fi points for several hours. Finally I accessed the point at the lobby, but singnal was very week, and it could not provide normal connection all the time. Internet access at 3€ per hour seems high for me (I took 3 hour at 5€ - this is OK). But when it is not free it must work sufficient all the time!
