Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the university and campus attractions. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a positive overall experience. Pros (+) Great location on the University of Alabama campus. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The ceilings in our room needed painting but overall a great place to stay.
