Guests say
Most guests found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences at the front desk and with specific employees. The hotel's location was generally praised for its convenience and proximity to attractions. However, cleanliness issues were frequently mentioned, including foul odors, dirty carpets, and maintenance problems in rooms and common areas. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others noted issues with bed quality. The pool and hot tub were often closed or not functioning, disappointing some guests. Overall, the service stood out as a positive aspect, but the property could benefit from updates and improved cleanliness.
