    The landscape was really nice. Beautiful view from the villas with private pool type of room. very quiet. The front desk staff specially Tagel was great and really helpful.

    Really old and run down. In serious need of renovation. The humidity smell in the shower and toilet was quite bad. The shower broke down twice during our 4 nights stay. But they came promptly to fix it both times. the pool bed mattress was covered with mold and geckos were living in it! quite scary.

    The pools (both our own and the mail pool). The luxury rooms. The fantastic view.

    The restaurant at Payogan was not at all value for money. Expensive and boring food. The hotel is app 15 minutes ride (car/bus) from Ubud centre.
