Pros:Peaceful and beautiful location that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Amazing staff that would always go out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. They helped us make our trip perfect. They easily arranged airport pickup, daily activities (volcano trek, rafting, etc), daily drivers to take us on day-trips around Bali, laundry service, Our rooms were quickly and a perfectly cleaned. They greeted my wife and I by name the entire time, which added a nice personal touch. Anything we needed they got for us quickly, and with a smile (i.e. additional towels, a ride to town on the back of a motorbike, pick-up from town, cold beers at the pool, etc). Excellent food for all meals, with good selection of Italian and Indonesia food. Perfect pool overlooking the rice field. Spent a few days just siting by the pool and I still don't feel like I was there enough! Just loved it!
