Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness of the staff, with many mentioning a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable beds. However, several reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including mold, dampness, and maintenance problems in some rooms and common areas. While some guests enjoyed the amenities and found the property to be a home away from home, others were disappointed by the outdated facilities and lack of proper upkeep. Overall, positive experiences with service and location stand out, but cleanliness and maintenance require improvement.
