Pros: The location, price, breakfast, staff, service are all top notch. They helpfully answered all my numerous questions. When I quickly needed a heat adjustment on Floor 2 (U.S.A. equivalent of Floor 3) a staff member literally ran up the stairs to help me. When I asked for a bicycle at 22:00 hours, they happily obliged me at that late hour. The breakfast is top notch, and the location right across the street from the train/bus station couldn't be better.
Cons: The sauna (by USA standards) is in a remote part of the hotel.

Pros: Pretty cheap hostel, but includes breakfast. Nice! Plenty of lounge space, plus a community kitchen. Staff quite helpful as well.
Cons: The beds are substandard. The cushioning does not protect your back from the metal bed frame. Expect to wake up with sore back.
