Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime riverside location, proximity to the Ganges, and beautiful views, making it convenient for sightseeing and temple visits. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as issues with amenities not matching descriptions. Service quality is mixed, with some staff being helpful while others are inattentive or unresponsive. Room sizes are sometimes found to be smaller than expected, and breakfast quality and availability often disappoint. Overall, the location and views are the main highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
