Beautiful hotel, excellent location, BUT lacks atmosphere due to it being so empty whilst there. I don't know the reason for this, but I wanted to eat in the great setting for a restaurant, but didn't see 1 person use it in the time we were there.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with our two small children. The staff were very pleasant and provided anything required to make our stay comfortable. The food was good and the rooms exceptionally comfortable. we would recommend the hotel for a most enjoyable stay in beautiful Verona.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful and they all spoke English! The food was great in the hotel and it was situated close to all the sights and shopping. Our room was excellent with beautiful furnishings and they gave us complimentary champagne and fruit for our anniversary! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
