Pros: Everyone was kind and helpful. I arrived early and they kept my luggage so that I could explore the city while my room was getting ready. They also offered for me to enjoy breakfast and a cafe even though I had not stayed there the night before. Lovely place and great location. It's on a main street, but the room was quiet. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and content. Plus Verona is a beautiful city to explore. I also took a train for the day to Lago de Gardo 20 minutes away. Beautiful as well.

Cons: Room was the smallest double room I’ve ever seen. No tea or coffee making facility. Small single window overlooked the courtyard car park, and extractor fans, and was quite noisy
